Hello, many paramotor pilots probably already know me from the YouTube channel Scout Paramotors or from within the country, but for those who don’t know me, I’ll briefly introduce myself here:

My name is Ștefan, I’ve been a paramotor pilot since 2014, a paraglider pilot since 2008, a motorcyclist since 2007, a mechanic since I was 8 years old, and passionate about extreme sports for as long as I can remember.

Although I practice many other sports (downhill, rally riding, kayaking, running), flying is without a doubt the most beautiful and rewarding activity I’ve tried so far.

The moment my career as a paramotor pilot took a significant leap was when I joined the Scout Paramotors team in Slovakia, where I worked as a guide for flying excursions in Iceland, New Zealand, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, and Croatia, gaining a tremendous amount of experience in powered flight. From creating video content (paramotor maintenance videos) to repairing and building paramotors, my knowledge has grown almost daily.

At the beginning of 2022, I decided to return to the country and join the Sky Transilvania team, where I found my colleague Mihai, just as passionate, full of enthusiasm, and eager to share the joy of flying as I am.

I could continue my story at length, so I look forward to chatting more about flying and much more with you, either in our workshop or at the takeoff field.

Nothing appeals to me more than nature, outdoor sports, the thrill of flying and the sense of freedom I experience in the air. If you’re on this page, you probably feel the same.

I discovered paramotoring in 2012, and since then, it has become a central part of my life. This sport perfectly blends my passions and has become a way of life, shared with family and friends who enjoy the same hobby.

In 2017, I wanted to share the joy of flying with my loved ones, so I set out to build my own trike for tandem paramotoring. That led to the creation of the Colibri Trike – later referred as Goliath, which in 2022 became the first trike designed and certified in Romania for tandem flight. This milestone marked the start of an incredible journey.

The process of building and the knowledge I gained throughout the project inspired me to continue developing paramotors. It gave me a new direction that still brings me great satisfaction. In 2023, we certified the Bravo FL-105, a milestone that confirmed we are on the right path.

Together with Ștefan, we established Sky Transylvania, a paramotor center with a flight school, tandem experiences, and a paramotor maintenance hub. Later, we developed our own brand, Bravo Paramotors, a complex and rewarding project.

To fly together with my students… their joy, together with the confidence they gain from using equipment built by Bravo, is incredibly rewarding. It motivates me to keep improving and pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve in this field.
