DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

Delivery and Return Policy – Please read this policy before placing an order on the website www.bravoparamotors.com!

1. What happens after placing an order on our website?

The order is processed within 1 to 5 business days, during which one of our team members verifies the availability and condition of the products.

Bravo Paramotors will call or write and inform the customer about the actual stock, product condition, and also about the delivery method and time.

Finally, if everything is in order, the package will be sent to the customer on the agreed method.

If you wish to cancel an order or withdraw from the contract before the products are actually delivered, please contact bravoparamotors.com at phone number +4 0740 949 892 or at the email address: contact@bravoparamotors.com.

According to Romanian legislation, Article 9 para. 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014, regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded remotely, without specifying reasons, within 14 calendar days from receiving them and without incurring any costs other than the direct costs of returning the products.

In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal only applies to individual customers!

Terms and conditions for returning products

If you wish to withdraw from the contract after the products have been delivered, you must request this in writing at the email address: contact@bravoparamotors.com and clearly specify which products you want to return, but no later than 14 days from receiving them. Requests sent after this period are not valid. A bravoparamotors.com employee will contact you to establish the details related to the return of the products within 3 business days from registration.

The products must be returned in their new condition, accompanied by all related accessories, original documents, and in their original packaging, if possible. For products returned under this Return Policy, you must bear the full costs associated with their return.

Please note that, as a consumer, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling. If the returned product is damaged, stained, shows signs of assembly, wear or use, scratches, is dirty, or has missing hardware and cannot be resold as a new product, a fee will be charged to cover the price difference between a new product and a used product.

Bravoparamotors.com will refund the value of the returned products within 14 days from the receipt of the products in our warehouse, by bank transfer to a RON/ EUR account indicated by you via email, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of refund.

In all cases, no fees will be charged as a result of the refund.

Shipping cost payment

The shipping cost is paid as follows:  return is made through the courier company indicated by Bravo Paramotors SRL, but can be made through another courier company other than the one indicated by Bravo Paramotors SRL, by both sides agreement. The customer will pay the shipping cost, unless the return is made because goods are new delivered defective.

Delivery shipping costs will be indicated on the invoice.

You are responsible for the integrity of the products during the return shipment. Upon receipt of the returned product, a report will be made, and photos will be taken to provide evidence of the reduction in the product’s value (if applicable).

When receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging. If the package is damaged upon receipt, it is mandatory to draw up a report with the delivery person, noting the delivery with damaged packaging.

For products marked with “open package upon delivery” on the shipping note, it is mandatory to fully inspect the products at the time of delivery. For these products, signing the delivery documents implies acceptance of the products and their quality. Any subsequent complaints regarding potential product damage due to transportation are null and void.

Product acceptance

For products sold and delivered by Bravo Paramotors SRL, the buyer is entitled to return the products within 14 days. The customer is required to report in writing to the email address contact@bravoparamotors.com any defects or missing components within 5 days of receiving the products.

The customer is obligated to check the integrity of the parts before assembly and not to assemble the product if defects are found. Assembling the product under these conditions results in the loss of the right to return. By assembling the delivered products, you agree to the terms of use, meaning that the products are as ordered and meet your requirements.

 

ATTENTION! Policy for packages refused after delivery

In case the package is refused after the order has been placed, the customer agrees to pay damages and compensation equivalent to the cost of round-trip shipping.

We do not accept returns via Romanian Post! The returned product can be sent via any courier company, with the shipping cost being borne by the customer! Please consult with us regarding the courier company used. Also, before sending a return, please contact us to provide you with the address of our warehouse to which the product should be returned.

Bravo Paramotors SRL reserves the right to refuse returns shipped or communicated after the return period or items that are not in the same condition as received.
